Best diet plan for lossing weight?

The best way to lose weight is to eat a well balanced Heatlhy diet that is low in saturated fat and make sure you take plenty of exercise. I go to weight watchers and have lost 135lbs (9.5st) In the last 18months. and am now at a healthy BMI. So that is the diet plan i would recommend every time.

Another top tip is to not weigh yourself for a duration of a week or more after starting any program. That means finding some willpower not to cheat and get on the scales, no matter how tempted you are. Several of the top diet programs follow this system as it is effective. You can weigh yourself again after a week or more, and you should see good results. Weighing yourself every day will end up in frustration as you may see weight gains on some days, even if you are trying your best to stay with your diet program. This is since most proper weight loss does not happen until three to four days after the actual diet or exercise is done. Water loss can fool you into thinking you have lost a large quantity one day especially if you have been sweating a lot.

Aerobic exercises such as the treadmill or working out with light weights can help as muscle weighs more than fat. Experts say that you need at least thirty to forty five minutes of hard aerobic exercise in order to start losing water weight. A lot of people go to the gym regularly but they never break a sweat. If you are not dripping wet with sweat after every workout then you are just not working out hard enough. You want to be breathing deeply and practically gasping for air when you work out otherwise you are just wasting your time.
