Can you review my workout and diet plan to see if i'll actually see benefits from it?

Well, I work out whenever I can, but normally its 3 X a week, i do the eliptical for 30 minutes at 6mph, weight lift for about 15 minutes, and run on the tredmill for 10 minutes.

now i'm 20years old, 5'5 and 120lbs, i would like to get back down to 115lbs and tone up. (more…)
