The Calorie Shifting Diet is an online program designed by the popular diet, Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

This system is based around increasing your fat burning hormones by way of eating 4 custom designed meals created for you with a diet generator software program. These meals are designed in a way to control and release the amount of fat burning hormones your body needs to accelerate how quickly you’ll lose fat. This method is called “shifting” of calories (different types of nutrients at different times of the day).

According to this program, this “shifting” technique is designed to prevent your body from getting into a comfort zone. What this means is that our bodies get accustomed to what we eat, and if we change up this pattern (shifting), we will cause a huge spike in our metabolism since we are breaking the bodies comfort zone.

So, with all that said, is this diet really going to work well for losing belly fat fast? Well, I would say yes given the fact that it is based on the two absolute most critical things needed in order to produce results… PROPER nutrition and increasing the metabolism.

The program is based on an 11 day cycle. If you follow this diet consistently, you are supposed to lose 9 pounds of fat during this cycle. If you need to lose more weight, you simply just need to do more cycles.

Each cycle consists of eating 4 meals (each meal is designed with REAL food WITHOUT restrictions of nutrients) created for you (as mentioned above). Of course you’re also going to have to do the other healthy lifestyle tasks (drinking plenty of water, 8 hours of sleep, and exercise). In my testing, if you do everything you are supposed to do, you will reach the 9 pounds in 11 days goal successfully.

As with any diet, this plan may not be for you. If you are going to have difficulties with sticking to eating 4 meals daily or eating more healthier consistently, then I wouldn’t recommend this plan. However, if you have a lot of belly fat or weight to lose, and if you are not going to have problems with staying consistent with a healthier lifestyle, then the Calorie Shifting Diet will be the perfect fit for you.
