Can you review my workout and diet plan to see if i'll actually see benefits from it?

Well, I work out whenever I can, but normally its 3 X a week, i do the eliptical for 30 minutes at 6mph, weight lift for about 15 minutes, and run on the tredmill for 10 minutes.

now i'm 20years old, 5'5 and 120lbs, i would like to get back down to 115lbs and tone up.

my diet isn't good at all…

breakfast 7am: coffee and english muffin
snack 2pm: granola bar and soft drink or water
dinner 9pm: a large dinner

that is on days i go to work and school, but its all pretty much the same, weekends I'll eat more, but my dinner is always huge, me and my bf will split one box meal, i get half, he gets the other. how can i shed these few lbs and tone up quick b4 the beach?
