What is the best diet & exercise program to lose weight?

I am 21, weigh 173, and in December had my third child. I had my last two children very close & now its time for me to dump the weight. I mainly need to lose weight for my stomach & hips. I usually exercise with my husband 3 days a week. But I'm not seeing results fast enough & my husband has a 8-pack(I want one too!). I've received many suggestions on trying weight watchers & Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred but I want to explore all my options. My goal is to weigh 145 & have toned abs. My son is now 5 months old I weighed 210 when I left the hospital. My pre-pregnancy weight was 155, which was still heavy for me but I had just had a baby three months before I got pregnant. So, I'm open for suggestions.
